(MOVED) -- ADOBE FLASH 10.1 RC (Release Candidate) Available -- + Firefox 3.6.3 Available
I find 10.1 more stable and has more features, read the links provided and decide if you need them and want to try them out. May help some of you with flash player problems on new hardware or just finding flash playback to be slow, jerky or some problem with the chat.

if you use windows you will need both the files.
Download plug-in for Windows (EXE, 2.4 MB)
Download active-x for Windows (EXE, 2.5 MB)
Once updated make sure to go here and check it says
"You have version 10,1,53,7 installed"
http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
Also go here and clear out any cached files in flash player in the Global Security Settings panel.
www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html
Click delete all sites there.
That way you won't have bad cached items there left over from sites. Also maybe good idea to clear out the cached files in the browser the cookies and temporary files too, just to make sure all new pages are fresh and with no problems.
Firefox 3.6.3 latest version

I find using both firefox and adobe flash player 10.1 the most stable platform for flash based sites like flirt4free, youtube etc.

Tomorrow will write something up here and show people how to get old style Firefox back and it then controls all the plugins inside itself with out running plugin-container.exe.
So guys/ladies if you recently updated Firefox and find it now slow or buggy when running flirt4free the fix I will mention tomorrow may help you cure it.
Have too much on at moment to write this up but there is a section on MozillaZine forums about this and how to stop this plugin-container.exe for flash player and other plugins, but please step with care if you alter the wrong things in Firefox's settings you can end up with a dead browser.
http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=1930019
Also may want to read this if plugin-container.exe is causing your firewall or other security programs from not allowing Firefox to run any site with plugins (flash player, java , QT, etc.. ) or you are seeing messages like plugin-container.exe requires access to the internet.

:::::EDIT:::::
Okay just found this too, so I won't need to do a write up about this plugin-container.exe there is a whole section here (link below) that explains what it does and how to disable it if you find the need to.
Plugin-container and out-of-process plugins.

Dwayne read Post #11 in this thread regarding the plugin-container.exe. I disable it fully to have a more stable system.. It can cause many funny things to happen when running I find. Quote
